Data Retention: Your game progress is saved locally on your device. No data will be transmitted over the Internet.

Data permissions are not requested, since no personal data is requested.
Other products: Products that are developed or published by us may collect, track, and transmit analytic game-play data for the purpose of improving our products. No personal information is collected.

When Personal Information is Submitted via Webpage
If you contact us by email, personal information that exists in that email will be stored by our email systems. Your email address will only used in order to respond to your initial queries, unless you have specifically subscribed to newsletter updates, in which case we will contact you infrequently as described in Mailing Lists below.
We will avoid asking for any personal information.
The webpage does not use any kind of Analytics!
Mailing Lists
When you register for our newsletter we will hold your details, and email you updates about our games and any of our future projects. If you no longer wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe at any time by following a link in the emails you receive. Newsletter sign-ups are processed by Mailchimp (see below).

Hosting and Server Log Files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical information in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This data is required to deliver the website securely and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period.
Newsletter (Mailchimp)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to and stored by the newsletter service Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Data may be transferred to the USA; Mailchimp is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter. Your email address is then deleted from the mailing list.
YouTube Videos
Our trailer is embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No connection to YouTube is made until you click the video. After clicking, YouTube receives your IP address and information about your device and may set cookies.
